 Aerial Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing Bureau (ARSC)(Aerial Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing Reconnaissance Institute), reliant on China National Administration of Coal Geology, was founded in 1965. It is the only bureau that is involved in research, development and application of spatial globe informationtechnology in national coal trade. The service scope is aerophotography, surveying and mapping, spatial remote sensing, mapping and printing, GIS development, underground pipeline detection, computer information development, high quality electronic coupons and cards manufacture, high quality printing materials etc.
