SiteComp, Inc.

In 1978 SiteComp software was one of the first computer aided design packages ever developed. Formatted originally in Basic, it was ported to UNIX in the mid eighties in exclusive partnership with Hewlett-Packard hardware.

Often referred to during the eighties and early nineties as “the best kept secret in the industry”, SiteComp developed a devoted following of users and plowed profits back into software development. In 1998 the software was ported to Windows, and in 2001 company ownership and management changed. The company has grown substantially in the last three years by releasing major upgrades and new products. SiteComp software is now recognized as the cutting edge, next generation technology in the surveying, mapping and land development industries.
