MapLogic Corporation, Inc
MapLogic is a full service CAD/GIS company. Our services range from basic data input and map creation to high-end application programming. We utilize Intel Pentium and Sun Sparc workstation computers and can work in both Windows 95/NT and UNIX operating environments. Our software is standardized around market leaders in the CAD/GIS industry. These include AutoCAD for our CAD development, the E.S.R.I family of products (UNIX ARC/INFO, PC ARC/INFO, Arcview, ArcCAD and Map Objects) for our GIS development, ERDAS Imagine for aerial photograph and satellite image classification and rectification, and Trimble Navigation for our Global Positioning System (GPS) work. We believe that all project work will be done in a digital environment. It provides greater speed of deliverables, flexibility and accuracy. The client always has the option to request project data in digital or paper formats.
The Advanced Legend Symbol Label Tool is designed to make it much easier to create custom legend labels based on the data contained in the attribute table of a feature layer in ArcMap™ by ESRI. Instead of having to create a summary table and then manually type the results into a layer's legend, you can now automate the process by creating an expression for the labels.
AVALabel (Arcview Advanced Labels) is a collection of tools designed to enhance Arcview's text and labeling capabilities in Views. These tools are available through an extension which you load in your Arcview project.
Currently there are two versions (2.x and 3.x) of AVALabel to choose from. Version 3.x is the latest version containing many improvements over 2.x (see below). Both versions are fully supported. If version 2.x has all the features you need, then that's the version for you!
AVAtlas is an extension to ArcView GIS which provides all the tools necessary to create a printed atlas (sometimes called a map book) within ArcView.
ArcView's cartographic tools were designed to create very sophisticated individual maps. AVAtlas was designed around the concept of an atlas. However, AVAtlas does much more than just break up a map onto multiple pages. It handles all the details necessary for creating a true multi-page document just like your standard word processor will.
