State Research and Production Center "Nature" was created in September 1992 for the purpose of satellite imagery archives , dissemination of remote sensing data from space and their inter-sectoral and thematic processing. In the structure of the center of three divisions: the processing and dissemination of remote sensing data (head of department Miller IV); topical use of aerospace information; maintain and upgrade software and hardware complex archiving data distribution center (PTC TSARD) (head of department Cherepnёv NA). The center has the North-Eastern Branch.
